WIN a Game Changer Package

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By participating in the Win a Game Changer Package competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
2. The promoter is Body Catalyst, trading as BC LEASING GROUP PTY LTD, ABN 57 629 064 295 of 26A Chuter Avenue, Monterey, NSW 2217 (Promoter).
3. The Promotion commences at 9AM (AEST) on Monday 17th July 2023 and closes at 11:59 (AEST) on Tuesday, 26th September 2023 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry is open to Australian & New Zealand residents only who are over 18 years of age.
   How to Enter:
5. To enter this Promotion you must complete the competition form including your email address, phone number and date of birth.
6. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
7. Multiple entries are not permitted.
8. Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated company or agency of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
9. Judging for the prize will take place at of 26A Chuter Avenue, Monterey, NSW 2217 at 10:00 (AEST) on Monday October 2nd 2023.
10. Prize includes a The total Prize is valued at over $2000. The grand prize consists of a Game Changer Package: Option 1: Four applicators of Fat Freezing and ten sessions of TeslaFormer Muscle Definer. Option 2: Ten sessions of Fat Cavitation and ten sessions of TeslaFormer Muscle Definer. Package option will be determined by a qualified Body Catalyst therapist based on an assessment of the winner’s body composition.
11. Winners of this competition will be notified via email to their nominated email address by 15:00 (AEST) on Monday October 2nd 2023.
12. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash.
13. If the winner cannot be contacted by 17:00 (AEST) on Monday October 2nd 2023. the Promoter has the right to select a new winner.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.
